民間企業 (AGC株式会社) にて、主に自動車・建材向けの新規高分子商品 (特にポリウレタン樹脂) 原料の合成、生産技術、製品の成形加工方法、機能発現メカニズムの解明、などの研究開発を手掛けてきた。
